  中國最大的汽車合資企業(yè)-- 東風汽車有限公司旗下的東風商用車公司,今天在湖北十堰基地隆重發(fā)布東風重卡新品系列--"東風天龍", 它集當今世界先進技術(shù)于一身,成為東風有限成立三年來,中外合資合作、融合創(chuàng)新的結(jié)晶,標志著東風有限實現(xiàn)商用車和乘用車雙輪驅(qū)動的戰(zhàn)略性突破。

  "東風天龍"重卡系列作為東風商用車公司磨礪三年推出的重量級產(chǎn)品,不僅成為東風有限發(fā)力商用車市場的"殺手锏",更表明東風商用車戰(zhàn)略性進軍大噸位重卡市場,從而進一步鞏固并擴大其在中國商用車市場的領(lǐng)先地位。

  東風新一代重卡之所以命名為"天龍",是因為龍是中華民族神圣的圖騰,代表著陽剛、吉祥、勤勞、勇敢。同時,具備高速、高效、高可靠性、高安全性、低自重、低振動特點的"東風天龍"重型卡車,凝結(jié)了東風人超凡的智慧和敢為人先的氣魄,符合東風重型卡車的品牌特質(zhì)。

  東風天龍通過國際合作,融合了當今世界先進技術(shù),并在研發(fā)過程中實現(xiàn)了大量的自主創(chuàng)新。"全新的車身",與日產(chǎn)柴公司聯(lián)合開發(fā),適應(yīng)國人的審美觀,造型強壯而靈秀,駕乘空間寬敞舒適,內(nèi)飾設(shè)計充滿人性化,并具有非常高的安全性,率先通過歐洲重型商用車乘員保護標準碰撞試驗。"全新的發(fā)動機",其中消化吸收雷諾技術(shù)的dCi11發(fā)動機,是一款11L大功率節(jié)能型發(fā)動機,匯集了一系列全新的開發(fā)、設(shè)計理念,動力澎湃、超低油耗,最低燃油消耗率為190g/kw·h。發(fā)動機設(shè)計的耐久性里程為100萬公里,不僅滿足歐Ⅲ排放標準,還可根據(jù)客戶需要隨時升級到歐IV排放。

  東風有限總裁中村克己在發(fā)布儀式上說:"東風天龍是東風有限創(chuàng)造性吸收國際先進技術(shù)、自主研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的一款具有世界品質(zhì)的新型重型卡車,它是合資企業(yè)運營三年來,商用車公司員工秉承東風優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)、努力改革創(chuàng)新、交流融合的成果。東風天龍的誕生,凝聚著公司全體員工的智慧和辛勤勞動,它將有力推進東風有限'Nissan'乘用車和'東風'商用車雙品牌戰(zhàn)略的實施和23中期事業(yè)計劃的實現(xiàn)。"

  東風有限副總裁、東風商用車公司總經(jīng)理童東城表示,通過天龍的開發(fā),東風有限得以把新的研發(fā)方法固化下來。它把整個研發(fā)過程分成幾個階段,每個階段都設(shè)定相應(yīng)的"節(jié)點",明確該節(jié)點必須要完成的性能、質(zhì)量等目標。如果完不成這些目標,就不能進入下一階段。通過導(dǎo)入這種研發(fā)流程,來嚴格控制產(chǎn)品性能和質(zhì)量目標,從根本上解決質(zhì)量問題,從而真正實現(xiàn)向用戶提供高性能、高質(zhì)量的新車型的承諾。新的高水平的研發(fā)流程,加上東風有限成立以來堅持開展的對制造技術(shù)的QCD改善活動,使東風有限切切實實地提高國際競爭能力。

  "東風"是中國最知名的汽車品牌之一,特別是和日產(chǎn)合資三年來,東風品牌的國際知名度正在擴大。東風商用車排名中國中重卡市場第一位,過去兩年,國內(nèi)中重卡的市場需求發(fā)生了變化,大噸位重卡呈不斷增長趨勢。 東風商用車針對這種市場趨勢推出了"東風天龍",不但會提升東風商用車的競爭力,更將進一步確保東風商用車的領(lǐng)先地位。

  東風有限成立于2003年7月1日,由日產(chǎn)汽車和東風汽車以50對50的對等比例,全面合作組建成中國汽車業(yè)迄今規(guī)模最大、人數(shù)最多、范圍最廣、產(chǎn)品最全的最大中外合資企業(yè),近三年來一直受到媒體和社會的廣泛關(guān)注。2005年,它屬下的東風日產(chǎn)乘用車公司以行業(yè)第一的銷售增長率和利潤率,成為中國乘用車市場進步最快的企業(yè),被稱為"東風日產(chǎn)年"。東風有限成立三年來,以QCD(質(zhì)量、成本、交付)、KPI(關(guān)鍵績效指標)和CMS(資金管理系統(tǒng))等為核心的全面基礎(chǔ)管理革新和管理融合創(chuàng)新,被國資委作為國有企業(yè)改革的借鑒性案例。

  Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Company under Dongfeng Motor Co. Ltd., (DFL) announced here today an official launch of "Dongfeng Tianlong" heavy-duty truck series. This new CV product series has symbolized a great fruit of DFL - the largest automotive joint venture in China between China's Dongfeng Motor Group and Japan's Nissan Motor Company, after nearly three years of operation. It has also earmarked a breakthrough in DFL's pursuit of dual-branded strategy of both "Nissan" passenger vehicles and "Dongfeng" commercial vehicles.

  Meanwhile, the official launch of Tianlong truck series is being described as a "big impulse" to a lingering stagnant CV market in China. Dongfeng CV's strategic advancing into the high-end heavy-duty truck segment has also demonstrated its reinforced efforts to consolidate its leadership position in China CV market.

  "Tianlong" (Dragon in the Sky) is named to the Dongfeng's new generation of heavy-duty trucks because Dragon is traditionally labeled as the sacred totem of the Chinese nation. It represents manliness, auspicious, industriousness and braveness. Also, it's characterized by the high speed, efficiency, reliability, safety but low body-weight and ride comfort. It also embodies the high wisdom and pioneering spirit of the Dongfeng people, a complete match to its world-class quality.

  Dongfeng Tianlong has been highlighted by the all-new cabin and all-new engine. For Cabin, co-developed with Nissan Diesel, it adopts aerodynamic design, 0.535 super-low wind resistance coefficient, fresh new exterior appearance and interior trim, the biggest room among trucks of the same class, spacious and comfort driving and seating room, innovative safety design of placing anti-collision beam behind the door. As for Engine: it has introduced dCill engine of Renault. dCill engine is a model of big-power fuel-saving engine, which has combined a series of new developments and design concepts. The power performance is robust and the fuel consumption is low. The minimal fuel consumption is only 190g/kw.h. Renault engine's durability mileage is one million km. It not only meets Euro III emission standard, but also can be upgraded to Euro IV standard if the market wants.

  Katsumi Nakamura, president of DFL, said at the launch ceremony, "Dongfeng Tianlong is a brand-new and world-class model of heavy-duty truck that is independently developed by DFL while creatively absorbing globally-advanced technologies. it was born out of the three years' innovation and hardworking of our employees with their intelligence and wisdom. Being a DFL's strategic product, Dongfeng Tianlong's official launch declares our great progress in advancing the "Nissan" and "Dongfeng" dual-branded strategy, which in return, will surely contribute to the successful fulfillment of DFL's four-year 23 business plan by 2007."

  Tong Dongcheng, Vice President of DFL and Managing Director of Dongfeng CV Company, said, " DFL-CV's new way of R&D process has been consolidated with the practice of Dongfeng Tianlong's research and development. That is to divide the R&D process into several phases. Every phase sets an appropriate milestone and defines the targets of performance and quality to be accomplished. It can not be proceeded on without achieving these accomplishments. This consolidated process will guarantee the quality control so as to provide market with brand-new models with high performance and high quality."

  The high-level R&D process, together with QCD improvement on manufacturing technology practiced for nearly three years since DFL's establishment, will greatly enhance DFL's overall management capabilities which are supporting DFL to be more competitive internationally, he said.

  "Dongfeng" is known as most popular truck brand in China. Especially after three years of partnership with Nissan, it has become known globally. Over the last two years, the overall demand for middle and heavy-duty trucks was decreased due to China's macro economic control. But, the high-end big-tonnage trucks are still on high demand. DFL's No. 1 position in China CV market had been challenged. But the launch of Tianlong can make DFL to keep current leading position.

  DFL was established on July 1, 2003. A 50-50 share of the joint venture between Dongfeng Group and Nissan Motor constitutes China's largest auto joint venture company. Since its operation, it has been widely exposed by China media and international media as well because it is regarded as a show case of China's indepth State-run company reforms.
